Shipping & Flat Rates
esnafbuy provides a flat-rate shipping table that each supplier can override field by field. The delivery term throughout is DAP. Draft – have it reviewed by a lawyer before go-live.
Delivery term (DAP)
Delivery is DAP (Delivered At Place): the supplier ships using the shipping amount shown at checkout.
Import VAT and any import duties are borne by the buyer as importer; the buyer can usually reclaim import VAT as input tax.
Export & customs (ETGB / A.TR)
Export from Türkiye is handled via the electronic export declaration (ETGB, micro-export).
Thanks to the EU–Türkiye customs union, goods are generally duty-free with a proper A.TR. The supplier requests the A.TR from the carrier.
Flat shipping rates
Shipping costs depend on the destination zone (EU-1/EU-2/EU-3), the service (Standard/Express) and the chargeable weight.
One shipment is calculated per supplier; several samples from the same supplier travel together. Shipments over 30 kg or without stored dimensions: „shipping on request“.
Supplier-specific prices
Suppliers may set their own shipping prices, which override the flat rate field by field. Prices above the platform price only take effect after approval.
Samples
Sample orders are quantity-limited and serve to review products before a series order.
