esnafbuy operates an online marketplace facilitating initiation and handling of business between buyers and sellers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, esnafbuy does not become a party to the supply/purchase contracts concluded via the platform. Such contracts are formed directly between buyer and wholesaler.

Use requires registration as a company. Information must be truthful and kept up to date.

Credentials must be kept confidential. Accounts are non-transferable.

Access to suppliers in certain subcategories is granted via paid subscriptions with slot quotas.

Booked subcategories are committed for the current term after the grace period. Slots become re-allocatable upon renewal.

Product listings are an invitation to submit an offer. By placing an order/request the buyer makes an offer; the contract is formed upon confirmation by the wholesaler.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ), prices, tier pricing and delivery terms follow from the respective product/offer description.

esnafbuy may offer optional services (e.g. goods/quality inspection, logistics coordination, payment processing). Scope and fees follow from the respective service description in the order flow.

esnafbuy may charge a commission for intermediation and handling, shown in the account or order flow.

Payments may be processed via connected payment providers (e.g. iyzico); their terms apply in addition.

Sellers warrant that their product information is correct and that the goods may lawfully be placed on the market.

Sellers are responsible for performance, warranty and any product liability towards the buyer.

esnafbuy is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence only upon breach of essential contractual duties and limited to typically foreseeable damage.

No warranty is assumed for content, availability or quality of seller listings.

Subscriptions run for the chosen period and renew unless terminated in time. Details are shown in the subscription area.

Turkish law applies at the operator's registered office. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the buyer's country remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is, where permissible, the operator's seat.
